Shipping Information
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. For custom or bulk corporate orders, lead times may vary and will be communicated clearly.
Domestic Shipping
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
- We partner with reliable carriers like Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post.
International Shipping
- We ship select corporate orders globally.
- Delivery Time: 7–21 business days depending on the location.
- Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for applicable import duties or taxes.
Tracking Your Order
All shipments come with tracking. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking updates to appear.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We accept returns on unused and undamaged standard products within 15 days of delivery. Customized or bulk corporate gift orders are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@regalisr.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and shipping details.
- Items must be returned in original packaging using a trackable courier service. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (except for defective items).
Refunds & Replacements
- Refunds: Issued within 5–7 business days after item inspection.
- Replacements: For defective/damaged items, replacements are dispatched upon approval.
